What is Natural Wine and Should I Care?

Our Virtual Wine Tasting Series from October 23, 2021

< 1 min read

On October 23, 2021, subscribers to Opening a Bottle gathered for a virtual wine seminar on the Natural Wine movement — what it strives to achieve, the differences between organic and biodynamic approaches, and how to detect wine flaws and what causes them (spoiler alert: it’s not always the “natty wine” approach).

Below is a video of the presentation, which is password protected for subscribers only. If you are logged in as a paid subscriber, you can scroll down and see the password above the video. Why the extra layer? Well, since this is a Zoom presentation with people in their private homes, we want to protect their privacy. Subscribers do have the option to leave their webcams off.

There is a high likelihood that we’ll run an encore presentation of this seminar in the coming months, so stay tuned.
