For more than 50 years, Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant has shaped how America's view the fine wines of France and Italy. In fact, one could argue that no other American has done more to educate our country on the virtues of "minimal intervention" winemaking than Mr. Lynch himself. Today, the company he founded represents some of France and Italy's classic domaines, many of whom have been importing exclusively through KLWM for decades. But they also have an eye for the avant garde, all without losing sight of the simple tenant that the wines should be free of flaws.

Over the years, I keep encountering "Imported by Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant" on the bottles I buy, and many of the samples they have sent me have proven to be too irresistible to not write about.
